Workfolio Refund Policy

Cancellation and Downgrades:

You can cancel your Workfolio Pro Plan subscription at any time. Plan downgrades can be managed directly from your admin dashboard.

Refund Requests:
Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  1. You have an annual Workfolio subscription plan.
  2. You request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of the annual plan's auto-renewal charge.

Steps to Downgrade Your Plan:

  1. Log in to your Workfolio admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Billing page.
  3. Click on the "Downgrade Plan" button.

Usage After Cancellation:
Once you submit a cancellation request, you can continue using Workfolio until the end of your billing cycle. For plan extensions until the end of your validity, please contact us. According to applicable law, we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
